Why I Love This Recipe

Traditional Italian appetizers.

In Hong Kong you can buy the ingredients in almost every supermarket

Ingredients You'll Need

6-8 ripe tomatoes
one bunch of basil
2-3 cloves of garlic
1 table spoon extra-virgin olive oil
Salt
Bread


Directions

Wash and cut in small pieces the tomatoes, garlic and basel leaves.


Add salt and olive oil to the mixture according to your taste.


Let it marinate in the fridge for 1 night.


Cut the bread in slices of 0.5/1 cm high and lightly bake them to become crispy.


Pour a lot of the tomato mixture on each slice of bread.
