Italian Cake of Love
1 box marble, chocolate or fudge cake mix
2 pounds ricotta cheese
3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 3.4 ounce box instant chocolate pudding
1 cup cold milk
3 ounces container whipped topping
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 9x13" baking pan. Prepare cake mix according to package direction. Pour batter into prepared pan; set aside.
Mix together ricotta, eggs, sugar and vanilla until smooth. Spread over batter. Bake 45-50 minutes or until cake is set.
Mix pudding mix, milk and whipped topping together until smooth. Spread over cooled cake. Refrigerate before serving.
