Italian Cream Frosting

Ingredients

3 TBSPS flour
¼ cup shortening
½ cup milk
½ cup sugar
¼ margarine
1 tsp vanilla


Mix flour and milk in a saucepan and at medium heat. Stir constantly until thickened.


Let cool completely.


Add sugar, margarine, shortening and vanilla and beat mixture until fluffy.


Put 2-3 tablespoons of cream between cookies and serve.


Makes about 12-14 pies.
