Italian Duck Breasts
Italian Salad Dressing
Fillet duck breasts from breastbone. Cut cross-grain into 1/2 in thick steaks. Tendersize duck steaks with meat hammer. Marinate 2 hours in Italian Salad Dressing. Wrap in bacon and smother with parmesan cheese. Skewer bacon with heavy toothpicks. Broil or grill until bacon is cooked.
