Ingredients

  • 1 container (15 oz.) POLLY-O Natural Part Skim Ricotta Cheese
  • 1/4 cup KRAFT 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/4 cup SOUTH BEACH DIET™ Italian Dressing
  • 2 Tbsp. sliced green onions
  • 1 medium plum tomato, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped pitted ripe olives

Directions

  • DIRECTIONS
  • Mix ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese and Italian dressing until well blended.
  • Spread into 10-inch pie plate; top with remaining ingredients. Cover.
  • Refrigerate several hours or until chilled. Store leftover spread in refrigerator.
