Ingredients

1 lb. lean ground pork
2 tsp. paprika
2/3 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp. crushed fennel seed
1 tsp. freshly ground pepper
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes


Make at least two hours before serving to blend flavors. Combine all ingredients well. Refrigerate until ready to use.
