Ingredients

  • 1 lb. lean ground pork
  • 2 tsp. paprika
  • 2/3 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp. crushed fennel seed
  • 1 tsp. freshly ground pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes

Directions

  • Make at least two hours before serving to blend flavors. Combine all ingredients well. Refrigerate until ready to use.
