- 3 lb Pork Loin, Center cut
- 1 tub soft Cream Cheese
- Italian seasonings
- Preheat oven to 350°. Cut pork loin down the center and then butterfly flat. Mix cream cheese with Italian seasonings to taste. Salt and pepper pork, spread the cream cheese mixture, then roll tightly. Tie off with string to hold together. Bake in foil, on a cookie sheet, for 1 ½ to 1 ¾ hours.
