Italian Taco Salad
1 lb. ground beef
3 cups crushed tortilla chips
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
8 oz. bottle zesty Italian dressing
10 oz. pkg. mixed salad greens
In a medium skillet, brown the ground beef until evenly cooked.
Remove from heat, drain fat, and then rinse with first hot and then cold water.
In a large bowl, toss together the ground beef, chips, mozzarella, Cheddar, dressing
and salad greens until evenly coated.
