ITALIAN TORTELLINI SALAD
- 2 bags frozen tri-colored tortelli
- 1 bottle Good Seasons Sun-Dried Tomato -Vinagrette with Roasted Red Peppers salad dressing
- Marinated artichokes, chopped
- Roasted red peppers, chopped
- Chopped black olives
- Fresh mozzarella cheese, cubed
- Pepperoni, cubed
Cook tortellini according to package directions. Toss with approximately 1/2 the bottle of salad dressing and add remaining 5 ingredients (amounts to taste). Chill pasta salad for several hours or overnight. Serve cold.
