Italian Wedding Soup a la Crockpot
1 12 oz. package 350 grams sausage (feel free to use ground)
1 head kale, chopped
3 carrots, sliced into coins or diagonal coins
2 onions diced or sliced
4-6 cups 905-1458 mL veggie broth
Brown your sausage a little, combine all ingredients in you crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Enjoy.
