Ingredients

  • peeled potatoes, cut up
  • tomato sauce
  • shredded cheese
  • parmesan cheese
  • salt
  • pepper
  • oregano
  • garlic

Directions

  • Take your peeled potatoes and place in crock or roaster. Cover with tomato sauce. Season with salt, pepper, oregano, and garlic to taste. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  • Cook until taters are tender, then sprinkle with more parmesan cheese and put shredded cheese on top. Cook for 10 more minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
