ITALIAN POTATOES
Italian potatoes
INGREDIENTS
- peeled potatoes, cut up
- tomato sauce
- shredded cheese
- parmesan cheese
- salt
- pepper
- oregano
- garlic
DIRECTIONS
Take your peeled potatoes and place in crock or roaster. Cover with tomato sauce. Season with salt, pepper, oregano, and garlic to taste. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Cook until taters are tender, then sprinkle with more parmesan cheese and put shredded cheese on top. Cook for 10 more minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
