Why I Love This Recipe

I like to brine turkey (breast or whole) always and pork loin on occasion. Why? C'mon man. You don't want a dry piece of turkey breast or pork loin. Pork loin is lean so I like to butterfly it twice so the brine can penetrate it. I'll add a video later for butterflying a pork loin. Click or go to the link below to the butterball turkey website.
