JUICY BAKED PORK CHOPS

Ingredients

4 thick cut pork chops
½ cup mayonnaise
½ envelope onion soup mix**
½ teaspoon all purpose seasoning like Mrs. Dash
½ teaspoon Italian herb seasoning

**Onion Soup Mix
3/4 c. instant minced onion
4 tsp. onion powder
1/3 c. beef bouillon powder
1/4 tsp. celery seed, crushed
1/4 tsp. splenda (I just leave this out)
Mix all ingredients, store in airtight container. Use 2 tbsp. mix to 1c. boiling water. Cover & simmer 15 minutes.


• Combine seasonings with mayonnaise and coat both


sides of pork chops. Bake in a lightly buttered or sprayed


dish at 350 degrees for one hour. Bake covered for 30


minutes, and uncovered for the final 30 minutes. Serve


immediately. Makes 4 servings of 1 pork chop per serving.
