- Baby Back Ribs, 1 slab
- Jack Daniel’s BBQ Sauce, 1 bottle
- Wash ribs and remove excess fat. Cut into quarter slabs. (To marinate overnight: Place slabs in ziploc bag and add ½ bottle of BBQ sauce. Shake and refrigerate overnight. Remove ribs from bag and discard excess BBQ sauce.) Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Place each slab on heavy duty aluminum foil. Salt and pepper both sides. Top with remaining BBQ sauce. Wrap foil around quarter slab and create airtight seal. Place in oven for 2-3 hours. Serve with warmed BBQ sauce, if desired.
