JACK DANIELS PECAN PIE

Ingredients

  • 1 Pillsbury pie crust
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup stick butter melted
  • 1 cup dark karo syrup
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups pecan halves
  • 2 tbsp Jack Daniels

Directions

  • Beat sugar, butter, karo syrup, and eggs until well blended. Stir in pecans and Jack Daniels. Pour into pie crust and bake for 40 - 50 minutes until center is set.
  • I usually bake the crust for about 5 minutes before I add the filling to make sure the bottom is fully cooked then I add the filling and bake for the 40 - 50 minutes.
