- 3 Cups yellow cornmeal
- 1 Cup Cream-style corn
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 Cup chopped onion
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 Cup vegetable oil
- 3 eggs
- 1 3/4 milk
- 1/2 Cup chopped jalapeno peppers
- 1 1/3 Cups grated cheese
- Mix all and pour into a 9 x 13-inch ungreased pan and bake in a preheated 350 oven for one hour.
