JALAPENO POPPERS 7

Ingredients

  • 1 16 ounce package cheddar, jack or cream Cheese
  • 6 large jalapeno peppers, seeded and halfed, use gloves
  • 12 slices of bacon

Directions

  • Preheat the broiler
  • Cut cheese into 12 slices long enough to fit inside the jalapeno halves. Insert the cheese into the halves. Wrap the jalapeno halves with the bacon slices, securing with a toothpick. Place on a medium baking sheet.
  • Broil 5 to 10 minutes, or until the back is evenly brown

Notes

No coating, no frying. Very fast to cook up & good to pop.
