- 1 16 ounce package cheddar, jack or cream Cheese
- 6 large jalapeno peppers, seeded and halfed, use gloves
- 12 slices of bacon
- Preheat the broiler
- Cut cheese into 12 slices long enough to fit inside the jalapeno halves. Insert the cheese into the halves. Wrap the jalapeno halves with the bacon slices, securing with a toothpick. Place on a medium baking sheet.
- Broil 5 to 10 minutes, or until the back is evenly brown
