1/2 Kg. de Piñones
300 Grms. de Azúcar
2 Latas de leche condensada


Directions

Se pone la leche con el azúcar al fuego moviendo continuamente. Una vez que empieza a hervir se agregan los piñones molidos y se sigue moviendo hasta que espese. Se retira del fuego y se sigue moviendo la mezcla hasta que se enfria.


Con papel encerado se forra un molde, se vacea la pasta y se deja enfriar.


Se desmolda y se cortan en cuadritos formando los jamoncillos, se adorna cada cuadrito con un piñon entero.
