Jan's Salmon Log
1 pound canned salmon
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons minced onions
1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke flavoring
chopped pecans and parsley
Drain and flake salmon, add other ingredients. Chill 3 hours. Roll in to an 8x2" log and roll in pecans with parsley. Chill well and serve with crackers.
