Janet's Corn Casserole
1 stick butter
14 oz. can of sweet cream style corn
14 oz. can of sweet whole corn
8.5 oz. box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
8 oz. sour cream
1 cup shredded yellow cheese (I used sharp cheddar)
Melt butter in a 6x9 glass dish. (I used a non stick pan) Pour all ingredients, except cheese, in pan. Mix ingredients. Bake uncovered in oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and layer with cheese. Bake for 15 minutes more.
I did the butter in the pan but I mixed the other ingredients in a bowl and poured into pan. I thought I might make a mess trying to mix in the pan. It does fill the pan pretty high.
