Why I Love This Recipe

I came up with a fun variation for a snack or breakfast while I nannied one year. It's a great way to get more fruit in your diet while having a little fun!

Ingredients You'll Need

1 medium Cantaloupe
1 small box, sugar-free jello flavor of choice
Any combination of fruit, nuts, coconut you desire or have on hand.


Make jello per box directions. Do not refriderate yet.

Halve canteloupe, and clean out the seeds (Discard).

Pour jello into each half of the cantaloupe filling completely. Chill for roughly 30 mins.

In the mean time, cut up fruit of choice. I usually have Lime jello with strawberries and banannas. Mix fruit/nuts well.

Once cantaloupe has chilled for 30ish mins, stir fruit mixture in with the jello. Smooth top and let chill until jello is firm.

Cut into four pieces and EnjoY!
