- Cooking Time: 45 to 60

- Preparation Time:
- 1 lb ground round
- 1 lb pork sausage
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 12 single saltine crackers, crushed
- 1/3 cup Heinz 57
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 tsp celery salt
- Mrs. Dash
- Black pepper
- Combine meat with crackers, egg and onion.
- Mix in Heinz 57 and seasonings.
- Bake in loaf pan @ 350ºF for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Cool meatloaf 5 - 10 minutes and remove from pan. Set on paper towels to absorb grease from sausage.
