1 lb ground round
1 lb pork sausage
1/2 cup chopped onion
12 single saltine crackers, crushed
1/3 cup Heinz 57
1 egg, beaten
1/4 tsp celery salt
Combine meat with crackers, egg and onion.
Mix in Heinz 57 and seasonings.
Bake in loaf pan @ 350ºF for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Cool meatloaf 5 - 10 minutes and remove from pan. Set on paper towels to absorb grease from sausage.
