• ½ cup roughly chopped yellow onion
• 1 jalapeno(roughly chopped)
• 3 Tsp white wine vinegar
• 2 Tsp soy sauce
• 2 Tsp canola oil
• ½ tspground allspice
• ¼ tsp gran. garlic
• ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
• ¼ tsp Kosher salt
• ¼ tsp fresh black pepper
• 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
