Jerry Falk's Fresh Fruit Dip
8 ounces cream cheese
1 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup honey
2 teaspoons crushed ginger root
8 ounces drained crushed pineapple
toasted slivered almonds
Mix first 4 ingredients then add last two. To keep fruit from turning brown, soak in 1 tablespoon orange juice and 1/3 cup water. Use for dipping all sorts of fresh cup up fruits.
