JESSICA’S KEY LIME PIE

Ingredients

  •  1 Graham cracker crust, pre-made
  •  2 egg yolks
  •  Grated Zest of 2 limes
  •  ½ cup of lime juice, about 6-8 limes
  •  1/2 cup milk
  •  2 cups, 500ml, canned sweetened condensed milk
  •  1 package of Dream Whip, prepared and refrigerated

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350F
  • Beat egg yolks in a large bowl. Add condensed milk, lime juice, milk and zest. Beat until texture is smooth. Pour into crust. Bake for 20 minutes. Cool pie completely in fridge then top with whipped cream and a lime wedge. Put cover over pie and refrigerate over night.
