- 4 oz. Jim Beam® bourbon
- 2 oz. balsamic vinegar
- 2 oz. honey
- 1 oz. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 oz. Soy sauce
- 1 garlic clove, pressed
- 1 shallot, finely minced
- Combine all ingredients in a medium size jar and shake well. This marinade benefits from a day or two in the refrigerator before using.
- Refrigerate meat that will marinate more than 1 hour.
