Jo's Dip - Cotton Club Creations
2 – 8 oz. pkgs Cream Cheese (she uses 1/3 less fat or 1 fat free & 1 regular)
1 to 2 Cups Extra Sharp Cheese (any cheddar you want)
4 oz. Sour Cream
5 Stalks Green Onions Sliced (or to taste)
1 Cup Chopped Walnut Pieces (do not chop)
1 Can Crushed Pineapple (well drained)
Couple Dashes Louisiana Hot Sauce (approx ½ tsp.)
Couple Dashes Worchestershire Sauce
¼ tsp. Lawrey’s Seasoned Salt
Mix together ingredients but do not over mix!
