- NOTE: 1 Deci Litre is approx. 1/2 cup
- 2 Tbsp Oil
- 3 Deci Litres Joghurt
- 1 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tbsp Malt Extract (in Iceland you get it in the pharmacy)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp Sunflower seeds
- 1 Deci Litre Oatmeal
- 8 Deci Litres Flour
- 1 Tsp Dried Yeast
- Let the Bread Baker bake it.
- Great to freeze in slices. Then you can toast it and always have fresh bread.
NotesThis is a healthy variety of Bread I found.
