- 1/3 part Garlic Powder
- 1/3 part Salt
- 1/3 part Pepper
- 3 lemons
- Preheat grill to low
- Combine garlic powder, salt and pepper
- Cover both sides of ribs with seasoning mix
- Grill ribs, bone side down, for 90 percent of the time. It will take about an hour to an hour-and-a-half.
- Squeeze the lemons over the ribs frequently, to enhance the flavor
