INGREDIENTS
- Servings:
1.5 cups
- Preparation Time: 15
- 1 medium avocado, peeled & mashed
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onions
- 1/4 cup finely chopped tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon hot sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded & chopped (optional)
DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients, stirring until blended. Make sure that you mash the avocado well, enjoy!

I live for this and will try it.
Do you perfer Koshar salt or regular NaCl (salt) Lime juice a must and Koshar salt and you have a Day and Night difference in taste, but I would choose more peppers- lots more....and smoke them too..

Oh I always love a good guacamole. Mine is lately non spicy but then I serve it with a hot red salsa casera. Will try this version next time! Thanks:-)
