JUDY'S APRICOT CAKE

Ingredients

  • 1 Box Yellow Cake Mix
  • 1 3-oz. Pkg. Lemon Jell-o
  • 3 Tablespoons Flour
  • 4 Eggs
  • 3/4 Cup Salad Oil
  • 3/4 Cup Apricot Nectar

Directions

  • Mix well and bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Bake this in a loaf pan or 13x9 inch pan.
  • GLAZE:
  • 1 1/2 Cups Powdered Sugar
  • Juice of 1/2 Lemon and
  • 1/2 Orange
  • Mix and pour over cake after it is done
