JUDY'S APRICOT CAKE
Judy's Apricot Cake
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Box Yellow Cake Mix
- 1 3-oz. Pkg. Lemon Jell-o
- 3 Tablespoons Flour
- 4 Eggs
- 3/4 Cup Salad Oil
- 3/4 Cup Apricot Nectar
DIRECTIONS
Mix well and bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Bake this in a loaf pan or 13x9 inch pan.
GLAZE:
1 1/2 Cups Powdered Sugar
Juice of 1/2 Lemon and
1/2 Orange
Mix and pour over cake after it is done
