1 tsp shredded coconut
1 oz pineapple juice
1 1/4 cups vanilla ice cream
5 oz pina colada nonalcoholic drink mix
1 oz dark rum
Blend ice, coconut, pineapple juice, ice cream, pina colada mix, and rum until smooth.
Swirl rasberry puree around glass.
Pour drink into glass.
Top with garnishes.
