- Preparation Time:
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp cocoa
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 2/3 cup milk
- 3/4 cup coconut
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans.
- Mix all together and pour into an unbaked pie shell. (Recipe doesn't specify size. The last time I made it, I think I used a regular 9-inch pie shell the last time I baked it.)
- Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
NotesThis is the recipe one of the cafeterias back home in VA serves. It is really good.
