KING CRAB BROCCOLI BAKE

Ingredients

½ Pound King Crabmeat (or other kind), Fresh if possible, but can use Frozen
1 Package Frozen Broccoli Spears (optional)
1 Cup Grated Cheddar Cheese
1/4th Cup Butter
2 Tablespoons Mined Onion
2 Tablespoons Flour
1/8th Teaspoon Curry Powder (or more)
½ Teaspoon Salt
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
1 Cup Milk (or light cream)
2 Tablespoons Melted Butter
½ Cup Bread Crumbs


Drain crab. Cook broccoli, arrange on bottom of greased casserole and sprinkle with grated cheese. Melt butter and cook onion until golden. Stir in flour, curry and salt. Gradually stir in milk and cook over low hear, stirring constantly, until thickened. Stir in lemon juice. Add crab and pour over broccoli. Combine melted butter and crumbs and sprinkle over top. Bake 350 - 30 minutes. Serves 3. Can omit broccoli and serve over rice.
