Kahlua Candied Yams

Ingredients

4 Medium Yams cooked, or 1 can Yams (1 lb. 3 oz.)
1/4 cup butter
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup Kahlua liqueur


Boil yams until tender. Cool and Peel. Cut into serving size pieces. Melt butter and sugar in a heavy skillet. Add Kahlua and cook for 1 minute. Add yams to butter and turn to coat all sides. Cover, reduce heat to low and cook for about 15 minutes
