Why I Love This Recipe
This is somewhat my version of an Argentinian churrasco traditionally served with a sauce called chimichurri. It is far from the traditional one thats why i didn't call this recipe by the name of churrasco (An intent to prevent hatefull comments lol.) kalbi is a Korean beef cut sold as cross-cut beef or flanken ribs.
it HAS to be grilled on charcoal. This is a delicious recipe.
Ingredients You'll Need
Chimichurri:
1 handfull of fresh chopped parsley
½ cup fresh chopped, oregano
½ cup Corriander
½ Tsp cumin

pinch of salt
fresh ground black pepper to taste
Mix it all together
4 Servings of Kalbi (Cross Cut Beef)
Directions
Marinate the Kalbis with some of the Chimichurri for 2 hours.
