Kale Apple Smoothie

Ingredients

INGREDIENTS
1. 3/4cup chopped kale, ribs and thick stems removed
2. 1small stalk celery, chopped
3. 1/2banana
4. 1/2cup apple juice
5. 1/2cup ice
6. 1tablespoon fresh lemon juice


DIRECTIONS


1. Place the kale, celery, banana, apple juice, ice, and lemon juice in a blender.


2. Blend until smooth and frothy.
