Serves 1 Cup Dry Rub | Prep Time 2 | Cook Time 0

Why I Love This Recipe

I used this on several occasions and it is a very good rub for slow cooking and cooking at low temperatures. This will burn if you try and fast cook or use high temperatures. Really good for crock pot ribs, slow oven cooking and smoking. Not a hot/spicy rub, gives more of a sweet/spicy flavor. If you are going to use a mop or barbecue sauce make it a sweet one to go along with the rub.
