Karavithes yiouvetsi langoustines & orzo
¼ cup olive oil
1 1/2 pounds langoustines
1 large onion, finely diced
3 garlic cloves, minced
Salt & pepper to taste
½ bunch finely chopped parsley
1 cup white wine
1 cup tomato sauce
1 package orzo

Step 1 :In large saucepan or dutch oven, saute onions and garlic in olive oil until softened.
Step 2 :Add langoustines and continue cooking for five minutes
Step 3 :Deglaze with white wine, add tomato sauce, parsley, salt & pepper and stir well
Step 4 :Cover langoustines with water, bring to a boil and cook until sauce has thickened slightly.
Step 5 :Add orzo and cook until done.
