Serves 10 - 12 | Prep Time 10 minutes | Cook Time 30 minutes

Why I Love This Recipe

From my mother's recipe collection. You can serve this with fruit or berries, but it is great served as is.


Ingredients You'll Need

Crust
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter (1 stick), melted

Filling
2 8 oz pkg ceam cheese, softened
2 eggs
2/3 cps sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Topping
2 tsp sugar
1 cup suga
1 tsp vanilla


Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.


Combine crust ingredients and press into the bottom of 9" spring form pan, forming a 1 " rim up the side of pan.


Cream the filling ingredients; beat for a few minutes at medium speed.


Pour the filling into the crust.


Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and cool for 15 minutes in the pan.


Turn the temperature of the oven up to 425 degrees.


Combine the topping ingredients in a small bowl; stir until well combined.


Spread over the filling.


Bake at 425 for 10 minutes.


Chill the cake before serving.
