Kate Troppman's Cheesecake
2 24 ounce containers of small curd cottage cheese
2 1/4 cups sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
3 teaspoons vanilla
9 heap teaspo flour
1 small jar maraschino cherries, halved
2 packages graham cracker, crushed
2 tablespoons sugar
1 stick butter, melted
Crush graham crackers and mix with sugar and melted butter. Press 3/4 of mixture into a 9x13" baking pan.
Mix cottage cheese, sugar, eggs, baking powder, vanilla and flour in a medium bowl.
Pour over graham cracker crusts. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs and bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
