KATHIE'S PUMPKIN BREAD
Kathie's Pumpkin Bread
The following recipe makes eight loaves.

INGREDIENTS
- 10 1/2 cups flour
- 2 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 2 1/2 cups white sugar
- 6 teaspoons baking soda
- 3 teaspoons salt
- 3 teaspoons nutmeg
- 3 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon allspice
- 12 eggs
- 3 cups vegetable oil
- 2 cups water
- 6 cups pureed pumpkin
- 3 cups walnuts, chopped (optional)
- 3 cups raisins
DIRECTIONS
Mix all ingredients well in a large stainless steel bowl. Grease pans with vegetable shortening. Bake at 325ºF for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
