Kathy's Bacon and Cheese Sliders
2 pounds course ground chuck
8 potato rolls
salt and pepper
4 ounces of arugula
4 ounces of gruyere, cheddar or bleu cheese
1 pound of bacon
Bake bacon on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper or for crispier bacon use on a rack. Bake at 350 degree for about 20-30 minutes. Form meat until 8 flat burger patties. Season with salt and pepper and grill until your desired doneness; remove from grill and let rest. Toast bun on grill or in toaster oven. Place cooked patties on bun and top with both cheese and arugula. Add bacon in a crisscross as desired.
