- 1 cup Wolff's Kasha
- 1 egg
- 2 cups Chicken Broth
- 1 T butter
- 1 package presliced mushrooms
- 1 bunch green onions, green and white chopped
Saute mushrooms until nicely browned in butter. Prepare Kasha as directed on box using egg and chicken broth. Once Kasha has absorbed all the broth, add the cooked mushrooms and green onions and stir together.
Again, you can add almost any veggie to this and its great...also good with mixed roasted veggies! SO MUCH BETTER THAN RICE!!
