KATS GREEK SALAD

  • Servings: 4-6
  • Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 Green Peppers
  • 3 Tomatoes
  • 2 Cucumbers
  • 1 medium Red Onion
  • Kalamata Olives
  • 1 package Feta Cheese
  • 1 can Anchovies
  • Olive Oil
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Lemon Juice
  • Olive Juice
  • Garlic salt
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Oregano

Directions

  • Cut up all ingredients and mix in a bowl.
  • Top with a mixture mostly of Olive oil and vinegar adding the remaining spices and juices to taste.
  • I also like to add some anchovy oil from the can.

Notes

My Dad always made this growing up, I tweaked the dressing a little bit to make it my own. Also works well with a reduced fat feta cheese quite well.
