KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN SEASON MIX

Ingredients

  • 4-Mashed Chicken bouillon Cubes, or use granules. 3T. each Brown Sugar and Parsley Flakes. 2T. each Garlic and Onion Salt. 1T. each Rosemary, Oregano, Sage, Powdered Ginger and Paprika. 1&1/2t. Thyme 1t. each Marjoram and Black Pepper. 1 envelope of Tomato Cup-A-Soup. About one cup of flour or what you normally use to coat your chicken before you fry or bake.

Directions

  • Put all the ingredients in a blender, except the flour. Pulverize this until it's a fine powder. Store this in an air tight container. Before frying or baking your chicken add 1oz. of this to every 1c. of flour.
