"Low Carb Dip"

Why I Love This Recipe

If you are entertaining this weekend or simply looking for a fabulous dip to snack on, this Tzatziki will not disappoint. Our Tzatziki requires only 4 ingredients and is ready in less than 5 minutes! So easy, so tasty, sooooo Keto!


Ingredients You'll Need

1/2 Cucumber
1 Teaspoon Ground Cumin
1/2 Cup Plain Greek Yoghurt
Juice of 1 Lemon & Zest


Directions

Halve the half of the cucumber and scoop out the centre with a spoon, place in a bowl. Add the Yoghurt, Cumin, Lemon Zest and Lemon Juice, mix well to combine.


Place the cucumber halves on the bench, skin side up, and using a peeling create ribbons. Add the ribbons to the centre of the dip and serve along side some Keto friendly snacks.
