Key Lime Pie

Serves 6 | Prep Time 15 | Cook Time 10


4 egg yolks
1 can sweetened condensed milk
3 ounces key lime juice
graham cracker crust

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine egg yolks and condensed milk.

Mix well.

Slowly add lime juice and stir until filling is smooth and creamy.

Pour into graham cracker crust.

Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

you're a champ! key lime juice is available in bottles - right next to the lemon juice. much quicker!

I have always adored Key Lime Pie, this was the first time I ever tried making it. SUPER easy! Well, squeezing all those bitty little limes took a bit of time, I used the better part of a pound of them to get enough juice. But, I had a little citrus squeezing tool, so it wasn't too bad. I topped the pie with a layer of fresh whipped cream and took it to work. It disappeared in about five minutes! This is a great recipe, I'll be making it again, and soon!!!
