Key Lime Pie
1 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
2 tablespoon sugar
3 tablespoon Melted Butter
1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk (14 oz)
1/2 cup Nellie and Joe's Key Lime Juice
1 tablespoon Nellie and Joe's Key Lime Juice
3 each egg yolk, beaten
Pre-heat oven to 325 deg. (metal pie pan, 300 deg for glass)
Mix Graham cracker crumbs, sugar and melted butter.
Press into 8 or 9" pie pan, set aside.
In separate bowl, Beat egg yolks
Add milk, all N&J's Key Lime Juice to beaten egg yolks
Stir gently with whisk
Poor into crust
Bake on middle rack for 15-17 minutes
Let cool, then refrigerate.
Consume with home made whipped cream!!
