Milk 4 cups
Shevaya ( Vermicelli ) 1/2 cup 100 gms
Sugar 8 tspn
Chopped Almonds 4-5
Chopped Cashew nuts 4-5
Chopped Pistachio 4-5
Ghee 1 tspn
Elaichi powder 1/4 tspn
Kesar strangs 2-3
In a non stick pan add Ghee, Shevaya, Chopped Almonds,Kismis, Chopped Cashew nuts and Chopped Pistachio. Stir for 3-5 mins till its golden brown.
Add Milk, Sugar and Kesar. Stir the mixture for few times on simmer till the milk boils.
Turn off the gas and add Elaichi powder. Stir the mixture and serve in a bowl.
